Courier Service: We use ACS Courier for deliveries to all cities in Cyprus (Nicosia, Larnaca, Limassol, Famagusta, and Paphos). When placing an order, you can choose delivery to your home/office or opt to collect your order from any ACS Courier location in Cyprus.
Shipping Costs: Shipping is free for orders over €50. For orders below €50, there is a shipping fee of €3.50.
Delivery Times: Collecting from an ACS Courier location typically takes 1 to 1.5 days if shipped in the morning. Home/office delivery usually takes 1-2 days. The courier will call the provided phone number 10-15 minutes before delivery to arrange a suitable time.
Holiday Season: Please note that there might be delays by ACS Courier during the holiday season.

Returns Policy:

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
